Description

With a maximum baud rate of 921600, a 100μs high-speed timer interrupt, and up to 100 high-speed counter interrupts, the LX5S 2424M/3624M provides exceptional response times for demanding automation systems. It supports E-CAM and electronic gear functions, ensuring synchronized motion control for robotics, CNC machinery, and industrial automation.

Equipped with efficient PID and CCPID auto-tuning, the PLC optimizes process stability and performance, reducing manual adjustments. It is compatible with LX3V series expansion modules and BD modules, allowing for seamless integration and expansion. The USB power supply adds flexibility, while the LX5V software provides an intuitive and user-friendly interface with structured programming and easy parameter configuration.

With an execution speed of 0.03μs to 0.08μs, the LX5S 2424M/3624M PLC operates 6 to 20 times faster than LX3V PLCs, ensuring high-speed and high-precision automation performance. It supports external high-speed pulse input, acceleration/deceleration control, and rising/falling edge interrupts, delivering fast, precise, and efficient industrial control.
