Description

Equipped with real-time pulse frequency and position modification, the LX5S 1412M ensures smooth and adaptive motion control. It supports a maximum baud rate of 921600, allowing ultra-fast data transmission, and features a 100μs high-speed timer interrupt along with support for up to 100 high-speed counter interrupts, providing precise and reliable operations.

This PLC is optimized for high-speed motion applications with E-CAM and electronic gear support, ensuring accurate synchronization. The efficient PID and CCPID auto-tuning feature enhances stability and control accuracy, making it ideal for complex automation tasks.

For expanded functionality, the LX5S 1412M is compatible with LX3V series expansion modules and BD modules, allowing for system scalability. It also supports a USB power supply, offering flexibility for various industrial environments. The LX5V software provides an intuitive user interface, structured programming, and detailed parameter settings for seamless configuration and operation.

With an execution speed of 0.03μs to 0.08μs, the LX5S 1412M PLC runs 6 to 20 times faster than LX3V PLCs, making it an excellent choice for applications requiring high-speed, high-precision control. It supports external high-speed pulse input, acceleration/deceleration control, and rising/falling edge interrupts, ensuring responsive and efficient motion control.
