The LX5S Ethernet Series PLC is a high-performance programmable logic controller designed for fast, precise, and efficient industrial automation. With real-time frequency and position modification, it ensures smooth and adaptive pulse operation, making it ideal for motion control and high-speed processing applications.

This PLC supports a maximum baud rate of 921600, 100μs high-speed timer interrupts, and up to 100 high-speed counter interrupts, enabling rapid response times for complex automation tasks. Featuring E-CAM and electronic gear support, it delivers synchronized motion control for applications such as robotics, CNC machines, and conveyor systems.

The LX5S Ethernet Series PLC also features efficient PID and CCPID self-tuning, ensuring stable process control with minimal manual adjustments. It is compatible with LX3V series expansion modules and BD modules, providing flexibility for system upgrades and integration. The USB power supply adds convenience, while the LX5V software enables intuitive programming, easy parameter configuration, and structured logic control.

With an execution speed of 0.03μs to 0.08μs, the LX5S operates 6 to 20 times faster than the LX3V PLC, delivering exceptional performance for demanding automation environments. It supports external high-speed pulse input, acceleration/deceleration control, and rising/falling edge interrupts, ensuring high-speed precision control.
